Wife filled husband’s phone with little one porn in attempt to get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered round loading a whole bunch of photos of child pornography onto her husband’s telephone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her good friend, are alleged to have labored together to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they might get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her kids again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said in accordance with the Fort Value Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her flip the telephone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned within the device and stated she noticed Hucks’ husband using it to view little one porn in their home.

The police say that telephone had a whole lot of photos of “varied juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, however they began to marvel why the cellphone he was utilizing did not have any images similar to the ones Moore turned into them. That’s after they reportedly bought a warrant to go looking Lacey Hucks’ cellphone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore have been associates and had mentioned carrying out the incident in advance.

And then Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially stated she didn’t know Hucks, she told them that they were pals and that Hucks had coached her on what to do in advance of turning the cellphone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never noticed the husband with the phone.

The husband advised Police he had not seen his outdated telephone since last “October or November,” but “didn’t assume too much of it because it was not his major cellphone and didn't have service.”

Moore is dealing with fees of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is going through the same expenses as well as a charge of aggravated possession of child pornography.
