Wife crammed husband’s cellphone with youngster porn in try to get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma girl hatched a scheme to get custody of her children that centered around loading lots of of images of kid pornography onto her husband’s telephone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her buddy, are alleged to have labored together to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they could get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her youngsters back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett stated according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her turn the telephone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned in the gadget and stated she saw Hucks’ husband utilizing it to view little one porn in their residence.

The police say that telephone had tons of of pictures of “varied juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they started to surprise why the cellphone he was using didn't have any photographs much like those Moore become them. That’s once they reportedly received a warrant to search Lacey Hucks’ telephone and that reportedly showed that she and Moore have been mates and had discussed carrying out the incident in advance.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially mentioned she didn’t know Hucks, she told them that they were mates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do upfront of turning the telephone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never saw the husband with the phone.

The husband instructed Police he had not seen his outdated phone since final “October or November,” but “didn’t think an excessive amount of of it because it was not his major telephone and did not have service.”

Moore is facing prices of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is going through the same prices as well as a charge of aggravated possession of child pornography.
