Supreme Courtroom says wrongful death lawsuit towards Dallas officers can go forward

DALLAS - The high courtroom will enable a wrongful death lawsuit to proceed towards the city of Dallas and 4 cops.

The household of a man who died in police custody in 2016 sued.

Tony Timpa referred to as police for assist as he had a drug and mental well being disaster.

The Supreme Courtroom upheld a federal appeals courtroom’s ruling that may permit the case to proceed.
