Wisconsin man celebrates 50 years of eating Big Macs every day

MILWAUKEE (Spectrum News Milwaukee) - Don Gorske’s Huge Mac streak began on May 17, 1972.

“I’ve only missed eight days in 50 years, which is phenomenal. And like I say, I depend each Big Mac. I’ve counted every Massive Mac I’ve eaten my whole life,” Gorske stated.

Gorske eats two Big Macs a day.

“All by means of life here, a lot of people said, ‘You’ll be useless earlier than you reach 50 years of consuming Large Macs.’ I guess I proved them mistaken,” he said.

His son just isn't shocked at his father’s persistence.

“We at all times went to McDonald’s with my dad and had blissful meals. I all the time loved my hen nuggets, and my brother always liked his hamburgers. It’s how we grew up. It’s simply an everyday life form of thing for us,” he said.

Gorske’s son has extra of a diverse diet.

“I used to eat rooster nuggets every day. I used to eat cheeseburgers daily, but eventually you just get sick of it. I don’t know the way he does it, however he actually does,” he said.

Gorske says he'll proceed eating Massive Macs with a Coca-Cola on the side till he dies.

“A lot of times individuals will say, ‘You appear like I’m eating a Big Mac for the primary time,’” Gorske said. “I suppose that’s how I really feel typically. They’re that good to me, and there’s actually nothing else I’d somewhat eat,” he stated.
