Wife crammed husband’s phone with child porn in attempt to get custody of children, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma lady hatched a scheme to get custody of her children that centered around loading a whole bunch of pictures of child pornography onto her husband’s phone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her good friend, are alleged to have labored together to border Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they may get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her youngsters again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett stated in keeping with the Fort Price Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her flip the phone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned within the machine and said she saw Hucks’ husband using it to view child porn in their home.

The police say that telephone had tons of of pictures of “numerous juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they started to wonder why the telephone he was using didn't have any pictures similar to those Moore was them. That’s after they reportedly got a warrant to search Lacey Hucks’ cellphone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore had been buddies and had discussed carrying out the incident prematurely.

And then Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially mentioned she didn’t know Hucks, she instructed them that they have been mates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do prematurely of turning the telephone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she by no means noticed the husband with the cellphone.

The husband advised Police he had not seen his previous phone since final “October or November,” but “didn’t think too much of it because it was not his main phone and did not have service.”

Moore is dealing with fees of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is facing the same fees as well as a charge of aggravated possession of child pornography.
