Spouse filled husband’s phone with little one porn in try and get custody of youngsters, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma girl hatched a scheme to get custody of her children that centered around loading hundreds of photographs of kid pornography onto her husband’s phone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her pal, are alleged to have labored collectively to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they may get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her kids back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said based on the Fort Value Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her flip the telephone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned in the machine and mentioned she saw Hucks’ husband utilizing it to view youngster porn of their residence.

The police say that cellphone had a whole bunch of pictures of “numerous juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they started to wonder why the cellphone he was using did not have any images just like those Moore changed into them. That’s when they reportedly bought a warrant to go looking Lacey Hucks’ telephone and that reportedly showed that she and Moore were friends and had mentioned finishing up the incident upfront.

And then Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially mentioned she didn’t know Hucks, she told them that they had been associates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do in advance of turning the cellphone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never noticed the husband with the phone.

The husband told Police he had not seen his previous phone since last “October or November,” but “didn’t suppose an excessive amount of of it as a result of it was not his primary phone and did not have service.”

Moore is dealing with costs of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is facing the identical costs as well as a charge of aggravated possession of child pornography.
