Wife stuffed husband’s cellphone with baby porn in try and get custody of youngsters, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma girl hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered round loading hundreds of photographs of kid pornography onto her husband’s cellphone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her friend, are alleged to have labored collectively to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they may get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her kids back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett stated based on the Fort Value Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her flip the telephone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned in the device and said she saw Hucks’ husband utilizing it to view youngster porn in their dwelling.

The husband informed Police he had not seen his outdated phone since final “October or November,” but “didn’t think an excessive amount of of it as a result of it was not his major phone and didn't have service.”

Moore is facing prices of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is going through the identical costs as well as a cost of aggravated possession of child pornography.
