Spouse filled husband’s phone with little one porn in try to get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma lady hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered round loading a whole lot of pictures of kid pornography onto her husband’s telephone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her pal, are alleged to have worked together to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they could get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her children again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett mentioned in response to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her turn the telephone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned within the device and mentioned she noticed Hucks’ husband using it to view baby porn of their home.

The police say that telephone had a whole bunch of photographs of “various juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, however they began to surprise why the phone he was using didn't have any photographs similar to the ones Moore turned into them. That’s when they reportedly bought a warrant to look Lacey Hucks’ telephone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore have been friends and had mentioned carrying out the incident in advance.

And then Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially mentioned she didn’t know Hucks, she informed them that they were friends and that Hucks had coached her on what to do in advance of turning the cellphone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never saw the husband with the telephone.

The husband advised Police he had not seen his old telephone since last “October or November,” but “didn’t suppose an excessive amount of of it because it was not his major phone and didn't have service.”

Moore is facing expenses of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is dealing with the identical fees as well as a charge of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
