Spouse filled husband’s phone with baby porn in try to get custody of children, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her youngsters that centered around loading a whole lot of photos of child pornography onto her husband’s cellphone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her friend, are alleged to have worked together to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they may get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her youngsters again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said in line with the Fort Price Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her flip the phone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned in the device and said she noticed Hucks’ husband using it to view child porn of their dwelling.

The police say that telephone had tons of of photos of “numerous juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, however they started to wonder why the phone he was using didn't have any photos much like the ones Moore changed into them. That’s once they reportedly bought a warrant to go looking Lacey Hucks’ telephone and that reportedly showed that she and Moore have been friends and had mentioned carrying out the incident prematurely.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially said she didn’t know Hucks, she informed them that they were friends and that Hucks had coached her on what to do in advance of turning the phone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she by no means noticed the husband with the cellphone.

The husband instructed Police he had not seen his old phone since final “October or November,” but “didn’t think too much of it because it was not his primary cellphone and didn't have service.”

Moore is dealing with prices of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is facing the same fees in addition to a cost of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
