Wife filled husband’s phone with baby porn in attempt to get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma girl hatched a scheme to get custody of her children that centered round loading tons of of photos of child pornography onto her husband’s telephone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her pal, are alleged to have worked together to border Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they may get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her youngsters back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said based on the Fort Value Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her flip the phone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned within the device and stated she noticed Hucks’ husband utilizing it to view baby porn of their residence.

The police say that telephone had tons of of photographs of “various juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they started to surprise why the phone he was utilizing didn't have any pictures similar to the ones Moore was them. That’s when they reportedly received a warrant to look Lacey Hucks’ phone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore were buddies and had mentioned finishing up the incident in advance.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially mentioned she didn’t know Hucks, she advised them that they were associates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do upfront of turning the cellphone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never noticed the husband with the phone.

The husband told Police he had not seen his previous phone since last “October or November,” however “didn’t assume an excessive amount of of it because it was not his primary phone and did not have service.”

Moore is going through fees of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is facing the same expenses as well as a charge of aggravated possession of child pornography.
