Paul Pelosi: Nancy Pelosi’s husband arrested on DUI charges

Paul Pelosi, 82, was arrested at 11:44 p.m. PT and charged with driving beneath the influence and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or higher, in response to the Napa County Legal Justice Network's public booking report. Both fees are misdemeanors.
