A California district lawyer declined to file costs Tuesday towards former heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson after he was recorded on video in a physical altercation with one other passenger on a JetBlue flight.

"Our resolution is that we'll not file any charges towards Mr. Tyson based on the circumstances surrounding the confrontation. These include the conduct of the victim leading as much as the incident, the interaction between Mr. Tyson and the sufferer, in addition to the requests of each the sufferer and Mr. Tyson that no fees be filed on this case," Wagstaffe said.
