A California district legal professional declined to file costs Tuesday towards former heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson after he was recorded on video in a physical altercation with one other passenger on a JetBlue flight.

San Mateo County District Lawyer Steve Wagstaffe made the decision after having reviewed police stories and movies of the April 20 incident. Each the passenger, who has not been recognized, and Tyson requested that no fees be filed.

David Chesnoff, Richard Schonfeld and Martin Sabelli, attorneys for Tyson, responded to the choice to not file expenses by thanking Wagstaffe, the San Mateo County sheriff and regulation enforcement companies "for their cautious, diligent, and professional work."
