Man arrested in reference to “college shooter” signs found in 3 New Hampshire communities

BARNSTEAD, N.H. -- A man was arrested Friday after a number of signs saying "faculty shooter" were present in Barnstead, Epsom, and Pittsfield, New Hampshire, the state's Division of Security announced. Guy Hanson, 61, of Pittsfield, faces multiple prices. 

An elevated quantity of police officers had been placed at schools in the communities as a result of the indicators. A number of schools initiated lockdowns as a precaution shortly after.

Hanson allegedly positioned the indicators across the communities, the Division of Security stated, however they decided there isn't any credible risk presently.
